I don't care even if we couldn't get money from the project. I think it is good idea that we improve the establishments for children or elderly peoople because it can attracts some people who live in other city.

There were too much decision branches, so they should make them more narrow. Moreover, the moderater needed to care about the time management, this time, I felt we didn't enough time to make the outcome.

We should consider what is their policy and how it will be good for our city.
what the outcome was
Atsushi has a career as previous mayor, so we elect him as our city mayor.
my personal opinion
I think both Atsushi and Marioko don't have enough foundation. I can't entrust the important job to someone who don't have any career and knowledge of administration at all. And I can't trust the mayor who lost our money. That's why, I couldn't agree with both candidates.

All of the members state their own opinion and ask some questions activery.
how it could have been better
In this case, we could only chose one from the limited person, so I wanted to think that what is need to make our city better, what is the important thing to be a good mayor.

The disposal limit of the present garbage dump is not enough because of the appearance of the factory, so we need a new garbage dump. However, it has some demelits for the construction area to built it. That's why we should consider the place of the new garbage dump and how we suport people who live there.
what the outcome was
When we have the garbage dump in the urban area, some pollution would happen and it costs too much, so we decide to consstruct it in the urban area. Additionally, we insure people who must moved out.
my personal opinion
I wonder that why the factory was construced in urban area because it also causes pollution. And it's cler that we will be need to have a new garbage dump for the factory. If we construct the garbage dump in surburb are, we must carry a lot of garbage from the factory to there, it doesn't effectable. That's why I think that we construct the new garbage dump in the surburb area and move the factory to near the garbage dump is good way to solve this problem.

They will establish agriculture course in their college, and introduce job to the college students.
my personal opinion
Many young people aren't intarested in the primary industry, so giving them some chances to attend to agriculture is a good way to attract them. For example, they held a thanks-giving party, and then let yong people experimence easy farm work like cow milking and making butter.

Some large shopping mall opened in our town, with the result that the shopping street ran-down. That's why, we should consider what is our strong points to attract customers.

They decided to held a summer festival.
my personal opinion
I think it's better to held some events more frequently. Even if we held a summer festival, customers would use the shopping strret only the day of festival. But we shold gather customers continually, so we should take advantages of ourselves to enrich the service. For example, Chihiro's hobby is flower arrengement and she runs candy shop, so childen may be attracted when she decorates her shop with some flowers. I think that it's important to provide a better atmosphere.

Last Presentation
Mizuho
He talked about Job oppotunity. There are some jobs which only men or women have, or the treatments are different between men and women. But it has no relation to have oppotunity of job whether you are man or woman.
Manami
Her topic was a Women's place. Many women retire her job after she got married to take care of their chilren. Children have a lot of probrems, for example, they quit school, drinking and so on. But it is not because of their parents. Women can decide their place freely.
Yukiko
She talked about T.P.O of fashion. She saw some women wore a long-sleeved kimono in a coming-of-age celebration. They wore it loosely, so she felt they ware not suited to the situation. The sense of fashion and way of thinking are different between each people, but it is important to think about that. Kyoka
She talked about Job. Many people works hardly to their success. To give a lot of money makes us happy, however, we can't buy our happiness by money.
Miyabi
She talked about Wars. The peace and a lot of lives are losed becaouse of wars. The most important thing is our lives, and wars never happen if we think about the peace and our live. We have to stop fighting to get real peace.
My presentation
I talked about the technology then and now. The development of technology made our life more convenient, and we can make contact with people around the world easily with twitter and facebook. However it also made us more lazy, and then we reduce the chance to use our head. In fact, the development of technology gave us a lot of merit, but we shouldn't become too dependent on it.

Ideas about success
Chiaki
She presented clearly about her idea about success with a clear voice. She tried to make eye contacts while she was talking. The length of her presentation was good, so we were concentrated on that. I have the same idea about success.
Kyoka
Her content was good and easy to understand. Her voice was not clear and she read her note almost whole time, so I want her to improve these points next time. However we were interested in her presentation.
Manami
Her opinion was experimental and very convincing, so her presentation holded our attention. Though her voice was clear, I want her to make more eye contacts.
Takaaki
His attitude for this presentation was better than before. His opinions were clear and original. In the middle of his speach his voice was became indistinct, so if he improved that, his presentation would be better.
Mizuho
He spoke loudly, so it was easy to listen. His contents was also convincing and unique. He looked shy, so he should do presentation more confidently to improve his presentation next time.
